Customized style: Special elements such as pattern, washing process, embroidery and printing can be designed according to customer requirements.
Fabric: High-quality cotton/blended fabric/fabric with special components is adopted, in compliance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (International environmental protection textile standard). Some products use recycled cotton or sustainable fabrics. The fabric can be customized according to your requirements after use, such as linen, mulberry silk, tencel, wool, corn fiber and other special fabrics.
Process: The washing process has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification and supports processes such as enzyme washing, stone washing, cat whiskers, and perforation. The color fastness can be achieved according to your requirements to reach the desired effect (international standard).
Quality Inspection: Each batch of products undergoes three full inspections (fabric incoming inspection, production process inspection, and random inspection of finished products), and quality inspection reports and sample testing services can be provided.
Existing style samples can be provided free of charge (shipping on delivery). A sample-making fee of 300 to 500 RMB will be charged for custom-made samples (refundable after order confirmation).
Sample cycle: 7-12 days for denim styles and 5-7 days for knitted styles.
Regular style: Single-style single-color orders start from 50 pieces. Mixed styles and colors can be negotiated (it is recommended that the order quantity be no less than 200 pieces).
Customized style: Minimum order of 50 pieces per style (including fabric and pattern customization).
Regular orders: Delivery will be made within 30 to 45 days after sample confirmation and order placement (subject to adjustment based on order quantity).
Customized orders: Delivery will be made within 45 to 60 days after the design draft is confirmed (including fabric purchase and sample making time).
Customized services: Size (European/American/Asian size), color, washing effect, packaging label, embroidered logos, printed patterns, special cuts (high waists, flared pants), and eco-friendly techniques (no washing, low-energy dyeing). Pre-production sample confirmation and process detail drawings can be provided.
Payment methods: Regular orders require 30% advance payment (T/T), 70% balance payment as shown in the copy of the bill of lading. For large orders, Letters of credit (L/C) or installment payment can be negotiated. Transaction via secure platforms is recommended for new customers.
