Yes, we provide full OEM and customization services. You can customize colors (based on Pantone Numbers), sizes (XXS to XXXL and plus sizes), logos, designs, as well as printing and embroidery techniques.
What options are available for printing and embroidery?
We support diverse printing methods including Sublimation, Silk Screen, Heat Transfer, Discharge, Cracking, Foil, and Glittery. For embroidery, options include Plain, 3D, Applique, Gold/Silver Thread, Paillette, and Towel embroidery.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The Minimum Order Quantity is 100 pcs per design, or 1000 pcs per color/style depending on the customization parameters.
What is the sample policy and delivery time?
Samples are available with a charge, which will be refunded after placing a bulk order. Sampling takes about 2 weeks. Bulk order delivery takes within 30-35 days after payment is received, or about 90 days after PP sample confirmation for large custom orders.
What shipping methods and payment terms do you support?
We support payment via T/T, L/C, etc. For shipping, we can arrange transportation by sea, by air, or through express couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT.
