Can I get samples before order & production?

Certainly! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality before making a larger commitment. We will make samples with your approval of artwork & selection at a certain cost that is refundable upon order placed.

How long does it take for bulk production?

It takes at least 20 days depending on quantity of orders, details of items, projects schedule, season... We'll provide you with a clear timeline during the initial discussions, and we work efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Please contact us for a plan.

How long does it take for shipping?

4-7 days by Express delivery, such as UPS, DHL & FedEx to your office, warehouse or designated address.
