What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, our MOQ is 2pcs for our stock designs and 50pcs per design/color for customized designs. We support low MOQ customization in small batches. Pricing is negotiable based on order volume.

How is the product price determined?
Pricing depends on several factors: garment style, clothing accessories, printing or embroidery methods, patterns, fabrics, order quantity, and delivery date. Larger order volumes directly qualify for lower pricing.

How can I confirm the product style before ordering?
If you have your own design, we will manufacture according to your files. If you do not have a design, you can share your requirements, and we can provide physical sample garments or design mockups for your confirmation.

How do you guarantee product quality?
We produce a pre-production sample for your approval before starting mass production. In addition, our dedicated quality inspection team monitors the entire process to guarantee 100% product quality.

What is your turn-around time?
Sample production takes 5-7 days, with shipping requiring an additional 5-8 days. Bulk production takes 15-40 days after final sample confirmation.
